The Foundation of the Paraguayan American Chamber of Commerce was created in 1995 with the object of supporting and stimulating the education of children, teenagers, and adults.

It began its activities with 14 founding members. It currently has 60 members.

The Vision of the Foundation is a developed country with equality of opportunities through education.

The Foundation encourages a socially responsible business community. It works in the field of education in order to achieve human development with equal opportunities, while articulating and carrying out actions with the public and private sectors and civil society, facilitating access to education, especially for those least favored in society.
