History

On October 22, 1981, a group of Paraguayan and American companies and businesspeople signed the Founding Act of the Paraguayan-American Chamber of Commerce, with the main objective of actively working to strengthen trade relations between Paraguay and the United States.

Over the years, the institution has consolidated and generated partner organizations such as the AmCham Foundation, the Pact for Ethics and Compliance (PEC), and the Federation of Binational Chambers of Commerce and Services of Paraguay (FEDECAPY), all collaborating in the fulfillment of our institutional purpose.
